Are prices firm?
All prices listed are starting points. Final pricing depends on design complexity, number of colors, and the item being embroidered. I'll give you an exact quote before any work begins.
Do you charge for rush orders?
Rush orders (needed in under 2 weeks) may carry an additional fee depending on my current workload. Reach out and I'll let you know what's possible.
Can I supply my own item to embroider?
Absolutely! Many customers send me their own shirts, bags, or blankets. Just note that I can't guarantee results on all fabrics, so we'll chat about it first.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is due before I begin, with the remainder due before shipping. I accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, and cash.
Do you offer bulk or gift set pricing?
Yes! If you're ordering 3 or more pieces, reach out and I'll put together a custom quote with a discount built in.
