Program Description

Dukes Thread offers an optional SMS notification program that sends transactional text messages related to your order. Messages may include order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery updates, and other order-related communications.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Dukes Thread by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox at checkout on dukesthread.com/checkout. By checking this box and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Dukes Thread at the number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may complete your order without opting in to SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 3 messages per order, which may include:

• Order confirmation after successful payment
• Shipping notification when your order ships (includes tracking info)
• Delivery confirmation when your order is delivered

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Dukes Thread does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Dukes Thread at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

Supported Carriers

SMS service is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary. Dukes Thread and its SMS service provider (Twilio) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent status are used solely to deliver order-related notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.

Changes to These Terms

Dukes Thread reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
